We are reducing our carbon footprint by optimizing our packaging and formulas. Here at Lanc?me, we are reducing the material we use by 20%, from now through 2025. This page explains everything you need to know about recycling your Lanc?me favorites.
WHAT’S RECYCLABLE?
Recycling bins can handle paper, glass, metal and plastic bottles. Items labeled with these symbols are recyclable in such bins.
Recycle PET bottles
PET bottles are recyclable once they are emptied. However, their caps should be disposed of separately, in a household bin.
Dispose of cardboard containers
These items belong in the recycling bin. The boxes for our products are made of paper and are entirely recyclable once broken down.
Recycle glass bottles
These containers are entirely recyclable! Glass bottles are easy to recycle, so long as the instructions on the package are followed. Accessories on the bottle (i.e. the cap) are typically fine to leave on when recycling.

This can involve lipsticks, make-up cases, mascaras, sachets, plastic jars, plastic tubes, and abnormal plastics.
Dispose of atypical containers
Some of our products are housed in small makeup packaging that can’t be disposed of. These products belong in a household bin.
